Tom Coe trained at Leiths School of Food and Wine, he continued his classical training by working in high end restaurants including, Michelin Star restaurants Chez Bruce and La Trompette. Using skills gained by these experiences, Tom brings the fine dining experience to his own private clients, from dinner parties to wedding breakfasts.

We pride ourselves on serving high quality food. Critical to this is, firstly, the planning process with you which, from start to finish is a personal choice. We take into account all culinary preferences and exacting requirements in order to produce your perfect menu.

Secondly we have been relentless in our pursuit of the best ingredients. We now have an established network of small, local suppliers which mean we are able to put food on your plate that is honest, seasonal, ethical and delicious.
